Steelers defense sent 11 men out every time, so that was an improvement. Glad they actually game planned this week. nice to get bell back, offense should start picking up now.

What actually happened in that game? I'm looking at the box score, almost identical stats in every category, time of possession completely lopsided to SF, but Pgh blew them out!
San Fran put up a lot of yards and 2 scores in garbage time. Steelers moved the ball pretty quickly too on offense.

The Steelers did what ever the fuck they wanted. Here is a recap of most of the game:
Roethesburger back to pass, throws it as far as he can, and Antonio Brown catches it. Touchdown.

today was not a very good day for the televised games, at least in the NE. Giants-Falcons was a fine game but pretty ugly, the bills-ne game had 739956184963518 penalty yards and was approaching 4 hours long (with that injury), and the Eagles-Dallas game needs no explanation. Sunday night game seemed good but I was watching baseball.

NFL refs are in general atrocious and it hurts the game. The majority of the action on tv today was unwatchable

when there are good games on Thursday, Sunday and Monday the 1:00 Sunday games are gonna suck. they've made it so only the bad games are at 1:00 on Sunday's anymore. Once in a while you will get a good Division game but overall it's alot of bad football teams at 1:00 in the East

I thought the lineup was pretty good yesterday. Giants-Falcons was fine, some good stuff there, I am probably just down on that game because of the outcome and the Bills-NE game had a lot of hype. Was an okay game. Penalties and length of the game were insane though. I was probably just nitpicking last night though.

finally finally finally. Packers learned not only how to stop the run but how to beat Seattle! Bummer on all the injuries though.

    Not surprising.

And apparently more 49ers fans started some shit at a Buffalo Wild Wings in LA yesterday. After this past off-season & now two weeks of dude-bro fans picking fights, I feel a bit ashamed to be a fan of this organization.

What happened to the good old days where people accused 49ers fans of eating cheese and drinking wine at games? I miss those days as I'm becoming ashamed of the fan base as well.

Brutal start for the Colts. That offensive line is garbage. Sounded like Pagano was taking a shot at the GM with some of his postgame comments.

He deserves it. The draft and offseason acquisitions were questionable. Gore and Johnson are nice names no doubt, but that money should've been spent on defense and o-line. They should look at recent team history. All those years that Manning covered up o-line deficiencies and a scrub defense were pretty frustrating and the ownership even pointed that out when they had the regime change.

Pagano hasn't exactly lit it up either. Seems like a good motivator, but that doesn't last long when the results aren't there. Pep Hamilton doesn't belong on an NFL coaching staff and Chucky's a defensive minded coach of a team that plays horrible defense.

Yeah, very interesting move to sign 2 aging players like Gore and Johnson instead of upgrading the o-line which has been an issue for them for Luck's entire career. I'm guessing Pagano won't be there next year...

Grigson is not a good GM. Luck was an obvious 1st pick, and TY was a good pick, but this is a man that got hoodwinked by the Cleveland Browns and also drafted a wide receiver with this years pick when there were several good defensive prospects on the boards and if there was one area that the Colts had deep talent, it was in the wide receiving corps.

I also thought it was bad manners to kick Reggie Wayne to the curb with a press release.

The Bears' best play at this point is just to set it on fire so they can grab a top pick or 2 in the next few years, then come back with a vengeance.

What are they even trying to do at this point of the "Cutler era?"

Me too. It took me a few seconds to realize he is that turd nugget that used played for Notre Dame.

That shows how hard it is to throw a football in the NFL is some team is willing to pay him hundreds of thousands of dollars to toss wounded ducks to the other team.

Yep. Set the whole thing on fire. It's going to be a massacre in Seattle on Sunday.

He's only here still because of the ridiculous contract that the old GM gave him. Ryan Pace and John Fox have a giant fucking mess to clean up.

the cowboys brought in christian ponder to have a look at. while I can't get too high on CP, I do think he is better than JC. they brought in matt flynn too, because he once played one great game.
