    I don't think it's an official policy but it's good customer service. They are silent on returning tickets if you purchase a better seat, but it appears that you can return within 72 hours at "participating venues", and you can also call to exchange for a better seat. http://www.ticketmaster.com/h/returns.html?tm_link=tm_homeA_i_rp

    I've done this numerous times - it's especially useful for later ticket drops (except within 48 hours of the event, at which point they no longer officially allow it). This is why I'll typically buy a seat I'd be comfortable sitting in, then if I get something better, buy it, phone them, get a refund on the first pair. Super easy.
    I have been thinking about this, and I'm sure that the only reason they do this is because then they can sell the refunded ticket on the 2nd-hand market for more than face value. Thoughts?

    I'm sure more have gotten tickets and just haven't posted. I know a few people going to the Beacon shows but they hardly ever post on here.

    Im gonna catch him in Philly on 10/15/15 at the Merriam. I saw him in 2013 at the Scottish Rite Auditorium in Jersey. It was am amazing show, but tit was definitely a strange crowd.
