OMG! I remember Gabrielle having a Barbie horse and carriage with a princess barbie and prince ken... she didn't really like barbie and ken but loved fairies and princesses! Massive with white horse and carriage - she never really played with hit.. just sat there until the next birthday, then we got rid of it!

Child psychology is amazing... They say a toy is boring or they don't like it, threaten to take it away and it becomes the best toy on earth!!!!

And I even lied about my age!!! Looked you up though. We seem to be quite similar in many ways... From stuff you posted, I know I don't go as deep as you into my 'innerself' (for lack of knowing what to call it) but hey.. just a different level! And your calligraphy and illumination is just beautiful!
oh get a room you two

Anyway... that was why i wanted yas to 'meet' eachother.

Yeah... we had sea monkeys... gave them to the fish for dinner. Sea monkeys are just mini shrimp. They don't last.... If you want sturdier ones, go to the pet centre and get brine shrimp (usually swimming around in a tank and sold for fish food).

Something similar to sea monkeys but bigger and funkier are triops. Gabrielle also had that for a while. Loads hatch but you only end up with one. They eat each other until the biggest and strongest eats the last one... they do backflips too.

I think we got our from a shop called The Natural World but think you can get them in a lot of different places, even on amazon.... I would have thought anywhere you can get seamonkeys, you should be able to get triops. They don't last forever either, but at least they're a bit bigger and you can see them.

they even have them in Argos... my niece got them for Xmas

i bought Ellie Wormworld from there as she is into keeping weird pets  she wants an ant farm in the summer :o
oh scary... 40000 morbidly obese christians wearing fanny packs invading europe is probably the least scariest thing since I watched an edited version of The Care Bears movie in an extremely brightly lit cinema.

We got her a Barbie 12 Dancing Princesses Horse and Carriage (which she wanted!!!!!)

opens it up and when she looked at it she said it "looked boring"... i suggested taking it back to the shop and not having anything instead and she suddenly thought it was great  :D
How old is your little girl?? If she's at the Barbie stage, I'm thinking it's safe to assume she's still in that adorable and precious phase! I hope she has an amazingly fantastical day--as birthdays most always are in the magical world of little-girl-dom. :)

Didn't the little voices remind you of the superglue?
What use is there in them talking to you if they are not useful? ;)

I don't do lists anymore, I always end up getting more than what is on them anyway :p

They just talk rubbish.. or go into these huge philosophical discussions... never any use to remind me to buy superglue!

well, I wouldn't call it starting to go senile.. I mean, I forget things all the time (I make lists aswell, lists of everything!) and I'm not even 20 years old yet! :):p
