Maybe a light Eastern Canada tour, with a stop (maybe two shows) in Toronto. If we're lucky, 3-4 shows in the US - more than likely in the NE somewhere (NYC, Boston, Philly). Overall, probably a pretty quiet 2015 and probably would expect an Ed solo tour as well. Also hoping for a No Code / Yield reissue and box set, and release of Wrigley and PJ20 boots/set. A new DVD release would pretty ideal as well.
I would expect 2016 to be a big year. I'm calling in 2016 we get a new album, PJ25 at the Gorge, and another US/European tour with maybe some SA shows in there.

I just want to visit new or long ignored places like this fall 2014 tour. Would love to head up to Newfoundland. Sure, it is a bitch to travel to these places since flight options suck, but still fun.
Also, it's been a long time since they went a whole calendar year without playing the States.
Pearl Jam has played at least 1 show in the States every calendar year since they began.
This is true. I meant more like it's been a long time since they had years like 1997, 1999 or 2001 where they only play Bridge School, or Bridge School and Groundwork. They used to take full years off between records but now there are at least a couple of their own headlining shows, somewhere.
2003 - June 15 Fargo 2005 - Sept 1 George, Sept 8 Winnipeg 2006 - May 9/10 Toronto, June 26/27 St. Paul, July 22/23 George, Oct 21/22 Mountain View 2007 - Aug 2/5 Chicago 2008 - June 22 Washington, June 24/25 New York 2009 - Aug 21 Toronto, Aug 23/24 Chicago, Sept 21/22 Seattle, Oct 27/28/30/31 Philadelphia 2010 - May 15 Hartford, May 17 Boston, Oct 23/24 Mountain View 2011 - Sept 3/4 Alpine Valley, Sept 11/12 Toronto, Sept 17 Winnipeg, Sept 19 Saskatoon 2012 - Sept 30 Missoula 2013 - July 16 London, July 19 Chicago, Oct 12 Buffalo, Dec 2 Calgary, Dec 4 Vancouver, Dec 6 Seattle 2014 - Oct 16 Detroit, Oct 19 St. Paul, Oct 20 Milwaukee 2015 - Sept 23 (Colbert)/Sept 26, New York 2016 - Apr 28/29 Philadelphia, May 10/12 Toronto, Aug 20/22 Chicago
There's too much money to be made selling merchandise for them not to play 12-24 dates. South America, Canada and a few US dates.
Pittsburgh 1998 • Pittsburgh 2006 • 2012 Isle Of Wight Festival • 2012 Made In America Festival • Baltimore 2013 • Seattle 2013 St. Paul 2014 • Mexico City 2015 • Philadelphia II 2016 • Ottawa 2016 • Amsterdam I & II 2018 • Wrigley Field II 2018 • Phoenix 2022 Apollo Theater 2022 • Chicago I 2023
They are going to go way off the beaten track and only play smaller(to some obscure) venues across Canada. Thunder Bay, Brandon, Saskatoon, Grande Prairie, Prince George - just so that everyone else has to take a week and spend stupid sums of money just to get anywhere close
I kid but a girl can dream! Would love to head out to Montreal, Halifax and NFLD for a few shows!
Anything you lose from being honest You never really had to begin with.
Sometimes it's not the song that makes you emotional it's the people and things that come to your mind when you hear it.
I feel like a No Code/Yield reissue is overdue, along with Coachella, maybe Lolla, along with the Gorge over labor day. RNDM album would be nice. EV Midwest shows. Would love Alpine at some point.
A Coachella or Lolla appearance would make my 2015!

i remember Stone saying something about doing the next batch of songs differently. Like individual singles. Usually Stone says something it ends of happening. So, I expect a few new tunes next year.

This may be a stupid question, so forgive my ignorance, but why does there always seem to be so much love for MSG? I saw Oasis there in 2008, and didn't think it was an overly spectacular venue. I get that it's that it's right in the centre of NYC and therefore accessible for many people on the east coast, but in terms of a destination venue, I don't really get the draw. Something like the Gorge, Red Rocks, Jones Beach, Wrigley, Fenway, etc..I understand...but MSG was just another hockey arena in my opinion. I'm not trying to troll, I'm just interested in why PJ fans seem to have such admiration for it.
On a side note, given the way the boys ripped up the midwest this fall, I'd much rather see them play smaller towns in the N.E. if they were to tour that area next year. Like shows in Maine, Vermont, etc...

An Atlantic Canadian Pearl Jam Tour would be sweet!
Just imagine seeing Pearl Jam for the first time EVER playing in the provinces of New Brunswick & Prince Edward Island? To come back to Halifax for another round of Keiths. Or get another kiss from a fish up in Newfoundland.
Make it happen! O:-)
I am so with you on this one! I am originally from PEI, live in New Brunswick! We have had to travel to Philly, Denver, Boston, and San Fran (Bridge School) To see PJ! We got scammed on tickets to London, ON last year and their 2011 tour I was pregnant and had my son in July so we didn't get to go. Everyone seems to think Canada consists of Toronto, Montreal and Vancouver, but we are so much more than that! PEI is absolutely gorgeous (all of Atlantic Canada is, actually) and I don't wanna travel to far next year and spend thousands lol (although I will if i have to)
To add to my previous comment, Toronto and Montreal are NOT the east coast. Nova Scotia, Prince Edward Island, Newfoundland and New Brunswick = East Coast. end rant.
My guess is that on Oct 22nd there will be a 25th Anniversary concert in Seattle WA and those tickets will sell in a heartbeat ... I'm going!
Me too, I'll buy the first round of super expensive beers!

Thank you!! I hate it when promoters advertise their bands with banners "East Coast Canadian tour" but the only cities East they are playing are in the provinces of Ontario & Quebec. Nothing East of Quebec which lies New Brunswick, Prince Edward Island, Nova Scotia & Newfoundland.
This is the East Coast of Canada. This is where Pearl Jam needs to play in 2015.
