    I went for my regular swimm on Sunday after the 2nd lap I felt really really bad my chest felt like it was bring crushed , I had to get to an emergency room but I was by myself I got to my car and drove myself to nearest hospital 3miles away both my arms were numb but I managed to get there and walk in ...I told the nurse I was having a heart attack they had me in cath lab in mnts put a stent in my clogged arterie 90

    I cried like a baby thinking about my wife & kids not knowing if I would see them again I really felt like I was going to die but I couldn't come to terms that this would be they way I would die by swimming my ultimate passion no way could I die doing this I needed to finish so many things still that are in front of me , but hearing about RW death made me sadder ...

    No shame in crying buddy. Especially with what was going on in your head. Stay strong my friend, and hope you'll be up and swimming again in no time.

    I am sure it was emotional for everyone involved.
    Just make a quick recovery, and go home and give your wife and kids a great big hug.

    Glad you're still around.

    My mom was having a heart attack when she was driving me to school (I was prob 12 and didn't know). She dropped me off and then drove 12 miles back to the hospital. She was one crazy tough woman.

    Glad you're alive and got the medical attention you needed Jose! i know a few people who had a similar thing happen, and 100% have told me that once they got treated they felt better than they did before the heart attack. So hopefully you will discover the same. :)
