    gracie had a pretty happy day yesterday, she:

    1) went to the park and saw some friends
    2) went to home depot and got some lovin'
    3) got fed by her grammy and actually wolfed down her dinner
    4) got to hang with the boys during thursday's football games and got more lovin'

    we have resorted to froo-froo dog food on top of her dry stuff. at this point, it's "whatever it takes." she went to the vet on tuesday and got a full blood panel. besides the lymphoma, all else is good :mrgreen:

    sorry to hear about the cancer but glad to see gracie is feeling a little better rob....

    we took kasey to the vet last month to have a couple weird lumps looked at it. luckily they are benign. but recently we noticed another odd looking one pop up. this one is a little disgusting looking/sort of blistery (the other two were smooth and under her coat). it protruded up out of her leg by maybe a half inch. today i checked and it's now level with the rest of her skin. looks like a big pimple :? figure i will have the vet look at that one too just in case.


    we moved to a new house a little while ago. kasey's got a much bigger yard to play with. the far left corner backs up to this open space and the neighbor on that side doesn't have his yard fenced i so they get a lot of deer back there from time to time. it's so funny watching kasey try to decipher what they are and eventually just end up going nuts barking at them until they glide off back into the woods. :lol: .......it is pretty annoying at night though when we let her out to pee. we have a flood light the covers much of the yard, but kasey will just wander off beyond it's reaches behind some of the trees we have and then start barking at god knows what for about 20 minutes before she comes back up to the deck. i hate not knowing what she's encountering back there. so dark we can't really see her.

    Glad to hear that Kasey's OK. Those lumps and bumps can be scary.
