its called Red Mosquito. It a forum like this one, but it is a really great forum for traders. I have about 250 bootlegs becuase of the kind peeps over there

go to the bottom left hand corner Stell. You will see a box which says VBulletin in it. click it and the drop down box will give you choices for a different board colour or design...the 2 new ones are Avocado and Avocado lite.
