I'm late to this thread, and I know I'm going to be in a minority here, but I saw Garth's solo show in Vegas a couple of years back and left feeling like it was the best show I'd ever seen. An amazing performer.
Of course, I'm a Texan, so there you go.
My first show was Guns N Roses is 1993!!! I went with my mom.Download the unofficial Pearl Jam Stat Tracker app for iPhone/iPad. It's FREE.

Dolly Parton and Johnny Cash....1974 at Sunset Park in PAI will hold the candle until it burns up my arm. I'll keep taking punches until their will grows tired. I will stare the sun down until my eyes go blind. I won't change direction and I won't change my mind.0

Beastie Boys "Hello Nasty" tour at the Worcester Centrum Center. It was the summer before the 5th grade for me and my dad was working security there at the time. He took the night off to take me and we had front row! (excluding the pit). It was a circular stage that rotated. My love for music began with that concert. MCA was always my favorite and it hit me harder than I ever imagined it would when he passed.0
