There are no piss break songs.

Ideal situation would be to be on the field and have port o potties out there so I dont miss any songs. Might be dancing a little faster while in line though.Post edited by rearviewross onForced to endure, what I cannot forgive.0

Enjoy every song, every single second of a show. Drink after the show & take all the piss breaks you want. I don't want any of my senses dulled going into ANY Pearl Jam show!www.cluthelee.com0

I had the quickest piss break during Got Some at Amsterdam 2 and I still missed the first minute of Dissident (one of my favourites), d'oh! Of course I was waiting for Even Flow but it never came........
It's not that I don't like Even Flow, but you know it's gonna be the best part of ten minutes, and would you rather miss a song they play pretty much every show or risk a rarely busted out gem? 0 -

Ole' and Johnny Guitar if I am at a show and either get played, I am taking a piss, but for the most part even Even Flow I would not skip out on, I just like to have fun with some of the extremely gullible individuals in here
although I do hope when I do take that piss it is an Even Flow experience 0 -
I don't think I've ever had a piss break at a concert. Was very annoyed with all the people at the EV shows constantly running to go to the bathroom, get drinks, etc. There's an intermission between opening and main act anyway, can't you just do all that then?
Except for all-seated shows, I'm usually to be found in GA, and at the front of it, so getting that spot and keeping it means lowered fluid intake.

If someone whipped it out and started pissing in a cup next to me I'd consider calling security and getting him kicked out, seriously. I can't believe people have been known to do this. But that's just me.Post edited by PJ_Soul onWith all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be careful. Strive to be happy. ~ Desiderata0 -
When you gotta go, you gotta go. I'm sure if people could wait they would. But sitting there struggling not to pee your pants just so you don't miss half a song or, apparently, not annoy someone because you're moving too much for their liking, can completely ruin a concert experience.Kathi wrote:I don't think I've ever had a piss break at a concert. (Where i live, though, booze sales usually stop as soon as the main act begins - BC tends to have ridiculous liquor laws and policies ... which sucks IMO, but it does cut down on people coming and going)With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. I'm not saying you shouldn't go when you have to, but I can't imagine someone needs to go to the bathroom 3 times in an hour unless they're drinking like mad (or unless they have whatever kind of illness, which is different of course). All the movement was just really distracting for a quiet type of show.0 -

There are other ways. I've actually developed stealth urination into something of an art form.0 -

You had plenty of time to take a piss in 08 when Just Breathe came on. It was followed by The End. 10.27- Saw Bee Girl. Listened to :30 of JB and was back in time for All Those Yesterdays! Tremendous move!
I was near a bathroom on 10/30 and got a HUGE piss during Cropduster. Was the best song of the night!

Ha, I pissed during Just Breath almost every Spectrum show. The best part about that place is while taking a piss it still sounds like you are 100 ft from the stage.
One of the problems with drinking for multiple hours before the shows.'08- Camden 1-2 '09- Chicago 2; Spectrum 1-4
'10- MSG 1-2 '11- PJ20
'12- MIA; DeLuna '13- Wrigley; Pitt; Brooklyn 1-2; Philly 1-2; Baltimore; Seattle
'14- Denver '16- Philly 1-2; MSG 2
'17- Pilgrimage Music Fest (Eddie)
'18- Fenway0 -
I almost fully agreed with the OP but then I remembered Last Kiss. I'd piss during that song if I had to.0

well the next time they play in Seattle or The Gorge, you can just get stoned (legal in Washington) you don't have to piss as much as drinking beer, but it will give you the munchies

I've only taken one pee break at a show and that was the 2004 VFC tour at the Fox Theater in St.Louis. At first encore I took off running to the bathroom which was downstairs. I beat everybody there and got back before they started again. But goal is no breaks. I do not drink at the venue and make sure I am "empty" before the show starts. The greatness of a nation and its moral progress can be judged by the way it treats its animals. Ghandi0

I almost did - in Portland in '09. At the tail end of 'Daughter', I made my way through my aisle on the floor to the bathroom...It took the length of 'Supersonic' to get to the door that led to the common area to get to the bathroom...then they started to play 'Present Tense'. I dashed back to my seat and tried not to think about my full bladder. :fp:Ed...buddy...pal...stay true to your word and play Boise again.

Seriously, I just paid to see a really, really good band play live. Why would I skip out on any of it? I've seen Evenflow 32 times (thanks StatTracker!), and urinated during zero of them. One of the cool things about being an adult is I can hold it for three hours.
I've been to 37 shows and never, ever, not one time taken a leak during any of them. Between bands? Sure. After the show? Absolutely. Just not during.
Who's with me? How many non-piss break shows have you been to?
I always Pee during Jeremy, or Betterman. I know that it's got to happen, and during these songs (some they are favorites), the bathroom has no lines.
Is Evenflow even long enough?

Medical surgeons, and the assisting Nurses are the only people I know that have to hold urine for any length of time.
I think it matters that you drink fluids. No water, alcohol or salt.... hours before the show and you may be okay.
I have a small bladder and I need to go when I need to go.
I have known people that can't hold it at all, and they are older than me. For some, it's a medical thing.
Maybe, we (those that need RELEASE), should wear diapers to the show. I know RHCP does.
