why are tickets exempt from the market value equation

    are they?

that's what the admins tell me....

you can ask any price you want for merchandise, but if you ask a penny more than face on a ticket, you are the devil.

Thought there was a 'flipping' ban generally

Maybe start another thread asking why do people interfere in selling threads just because they aren't happy with the price quoted.

    Interference........or free thread bumps? ;)

how many things are marked "not for resale" and then a week later show up for sale.

like i've said before, at the end of the day, i really don't care. once you own something, feel free to sell it for as much as you can get, keep it, burn it....do what ever.

people get way to worked up over this shit.

if you don't want the flack, just sell it on ebay and be done with it...or wait 90 days and sell it here after the cooling off period.

So if you sell something for "face value", how do you prevent the buyer from turning around and flipping it for "market value"? I have had this happen to me in the past.

im just asking what people means by the term " face value."
is the shipping coist ,taxis,in or out....
"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
    "..That's One Happy Fuckin Ghost.."
“..That came up on the Pillow Case...This is for the Greek, With Our Apologies.....”

i bought for someone else ev chicago 11 and pj emek edmondon 2011 poster for face value here in this forum ..so yeah..not all..
but this isnt why this thread is for..
i want to know what people believe is this "face value"..
seems all believe you must include in your "face value" the shipping cost,so seems, face value = original price + shipping,or taxes..
what do you think about that?

Well in regards to that D, i think it is fair to ask for original and current shipping costs if you are selling something. But it is only really fair if you specify it and make it know.
