I got shut out of fan club tickets for 5/20/10 and 5/21/10 at MSG (ended up going to both but that's another story), so I tried for St. Louis on 5/4 because as luck would have it my husband had a trade show there at the same time. Figured I'd have a shot at decent tickets and I was right. Not only did I score club tickets, but I won the lottery and we were front row center. Wow. Between Philly 4 and the magical night at MSG on 5/21, that string of 4 shows will be hard to beat. But I'm ready to try this fall!
1984 kms (1233 miles) from Saskatoon - Lethbridge - Cranbrook - Osoyoos - Princeton - Hope - Coquitlam - Seattle for the shortest setlist. 10 songs. Paramount Theatre. Only 400 tickets were sold to the general public. Got mine through the 10C. With The Presidents of the United States of America, Ann & Nancy Wilson and Bill Frisell. Visited 3 of Kurt Cobain's houses he lived in, wrote a few songs, jammed with some cool people, visited some great record stores. LIVED like the kid I needed to be.
International - 5,567 miles from San Francisco, CA to Berlin Germany in 2012.

Seems like I've been traveling to see them play more and more in the recent years due to the lack of a proper world tour but I wouldn't change any of it for the world. Yes it cost me a lot more money to see my favorite band but it's a great reason to visit places you might not have otherwise gone to.
Technicallly it was from Victoria, BC to Missoula, MT, but it was right at the beginning of a cross canada road trip, we completely cheated and went south to Missoula
If you don't do that, it at least be the calgary to Missoula section of the trip which we did in one day (about 6-8 hours).
Oh wait I can do better. I had gorge tickets right after I moved to Edmonton in 2006. So we drive from Edmonton to the Gorge. I guess thats a similar distance. About a 15 hour drive. We stopped in Sandpoint Idaho to sleep
Damn that brings up another one. In 2000 we drive From Victoria to Portland, and Portland to Boise, then Boise back to Seattle.
i think technically the Edmonton to Gorge, or Victoria to Missoula will be the longest. That's about 14-15 hours worth of driving.

Virgina to Vancouver (by way of Calgary, Edmonton and Saskatoon)
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, but rather to
slide in sideways, BBQ sandwich in one hand, cold beer in the other,
body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming "Woo Hoo what a
ride"!
