Have they been selling show specific posters? Also any exclusive tour vinyl ?
They did, but not for the club shows: http://expressobeans.com/public/search. ... en&class=0

I know for the 2011 shows, most of the posters ended up on the Soundgarden website. Not sure about 2012.

I know they had a poster contest, not sure if this means there will only be a tour poster or if there will be a tour poster AND individual posters.

There will be a "fan created" poster for each individual show. Not just one general tour poster

Where did you get this information?

They only talk about picking one submission, and I would be surprised if they didn't use established artists for each show.

Yeah, I'd be totally shocked if they chose and produced that many fan-created posters. I don't think they would (please, if you have proof of this, do tell! It would be quite an undertaking!). One tour poster with the fan art, I assume, and then a professional poster for each show (hopefully).

You're not alone, and it's not being too presumptious to think this either. If this is the case, my brother & I will watch as much of the game as possible at the Hub or Beantown Pub before heading in to the concert.

If they lose? Oh well, I was at a (hopefully) awesome concert instead of at home pissed off over the loss. If they win? Great, I have the Superbowl to look forward to.

This is where my thinking is headed too. Go Pats!

I will be at Chicago Night 1. We have reservations at the Majestic Hotel. It appears to be fairly close to the venue. We are taking Amtrak from Carbondale on Monday, January 28 so we will have two nights in Chicago. Any suggestions on where to eat/drink in that neighborhood?
    Magnolia Cafe

Lots of good Ethiopian, Thai, Vietnamese, Japanese and Mexican places around there.

Fat Cat is a pretty decent bar that's about half a block away from the theater.

Green Mill for some Gypsy Jazz after the Wednesday night show! http://www.swinggitan.com/

Thank you, thank you. I wish we could stay for the Wednesday night show, but hubby has to work on Thursday, so Wednesday is travel day. Are you going to the Tuesday night show?
