Amazing show, feeling so fortunate to have been on the floor about 3 people back in front of Jeff. Left hoarse and sweaty, as there is no other way to leave. Stood near some cool guys from Utah...hope you guys made it back safely. Thanks to PJ and Mudhoney for a great night of music. And, good luck to Jon Tester! Wish I could see him in town this Friday night, too.
I will not lose my Faith, it's an Inside job today....
  • What to say, where to start....I've got somewhere around 16 shows under my belt, so hard to keep count seeing that they've been spread out among 19+ years. The boys have been there for the good times and recently carried me through the bad. This band is like fine wine, shows keep getting better and better. I thought nothing could top Night 2 in East Troy, we were back in the lawn with all you yahoo's rocking out like it was a P90X workout. I can't explain my appreciation for outdoor venues (by the way, get your asses back to the Gorge) but intimate arenas like Adams Center, shut the front door. Started nice and easy but by the time Cordury was unleashed it was on. It was great to see the dedicated folks in Section 210 not worrying about catching their breath for the the next 2 1/2 hours, all were there there for a good time as we danced and belted lyric after lyric out, who needs a sing along, the whole night was one big one. Only complaint "Where the fuck was our third, fourth and fifth encores" :nono: Seriously left totally satisfied and can't wait to do it again. Keep up the dedication 10 clubbers. My name is Dan from a small town near Seattle and I'm a jamoholic. Safe travels my friends, see you on the road.

Sorry RM, it snowed in Calgary on Tuesday and has been hella busy. Was about 11:30 when we got to IHOP. Was gonna say hey to Mudhoney but I imagine they like to enjoy their flapjacks in peace and quiet. :D It was pretty funny though, sounded like the kitchen was comning unglued. Lots of yelling between the waitress and the cook. Breakfast was good though!

Wow what an incredible weekend. I love Montana. Just got back to Calgary with my case of Coors original. I love Montana.
Show was incredible. The band seemed so comfortable and relaxed there. The acoustic set was a highlight, but Nothingman was the song my wife wanted to hear, which completely made the trip. And seeing Jeffs mom rock out to Fortunate Son was such a fun point in the show.

Was nice to meet some fellow fans, Jason and Jennifer from San Fran (PM Me!! you guys gotta get up here!! ) and Chris and his wife from hometown Calgary. Missoula was way better than I'd hoped for.

Mudhoney was eating breakfast at the IHOP we stopped at this morning. My first IHOP experience and Mudhoney was there. I love Montana.

I can't wait for the bootleg.

My brother-in-law and I stopped in at that IHOP and ate there as well! We were so starving and that was the only game in town that was still open so we were more than willing to wait out the projected 40 minute wait.

What time were you and the band there? I remember doing a once over when I got there to see if I knew anyone but didn't recognize anyone. But I was also a little delirious by that point in the evening so it would be easy to understand if I had overlooked them.

  • Thanks to the Band for coming to Missoula and giving us this outstanding show, and to all the fantastic fans who came from far and wide for such an unforgettable weekend! We miss you already and we miss you always.

Awesome seats! While I would say that there wasn't a bad seat in the house, the recliners were definitely the best!

Are you the guy who won the draw for the seats on stage?? If so, where were those seats?? I couldn't see them at all!

Oh.  I'm burning with jealousy! ... No, but seriously. So jealous. :shifty: Good to see the guy was a real fan, since he presumably brought that vinyl for them to sign. If I'd had those seats I would have been completely overwhelmed I think... When Eddie came really close to where I was and I just THOUGHT he might get down off the stage and come to where I was right in front of the VIPs because he was obviously thinking about it, I almost had a heart attack, and swooned a little bit. :fp:

No, but I WISH!!! I literally had the worst seats in the place and they were still great (other than the heat :fp: )

I know it's already been said, but it can't be said enough...WOW! What an amazing night!! Although I've been to only a handful of their other shows, this is without a doubt the best one yet! The energy was amazing and from what I've been reading, I don't think there was a bad seat in the house. I was hoping for an acoustic set, and man, did they deliver. Low Light, Off He Goes, Man of the Hour and Nothingman...so perfect! I literally had tears in my eyes. And then rockin to Severed Hand, DTE, Not For You, SOLAT, and of course, GHOST! The whole thing just blew me away...

Thanks PJ, for putting on such an epic show!! And thanks to everyone in the room for such a positive, energetic, and joyful experience!!

Loved the transition from Wasted Reprise to Life Wasted. It's been done a lot but it is just awesome.

I loved Better Man with the Save it for Later tag. The sing along was awesome, and the tag was perfect to me! :) Low Light was also a major highlight, being in front of Mike - he was so into it that is sent shivers down my spine. The whole show he was so fucking breathtaking. That dude really is incredible; had to witness it myself before really understanding what everyone's been talking about. Like.... just WOW. Whole new appreciation for Mike!!!!  The only bad thing is that I can't imagine seeing them again without being up close on Mike's side, but that's probably not going to be possible - I've kind of been spoiled right off the bat!

RITFW was also a blast. One of my favorite visual memories was when I saw this guy on someone's shoulders maybe 1/3 back in the middle of the floor, rockin' out up there (I thought wow, that's a good strong friend he's got between his legs, lol!), and Ed made a perfect tambourine toss to him, he made a perfect catch, and then got swallowed by the crowd while in his joy. That seemed perfect from where I was for some reason. One of those lasting flashes in my mind, like a photo, that made me happy. :D

I had just turned my head and glanced/saw this too. I thought maybe the tambourine skipped off the crowd (like skipping a rock on water) to the dude, but your version makes more sense. That was amazing, Dude was pumped! I will remember that forever.

Anyone know when we will get word if this will be released as a bootleg or not? Hopefully there aren't any legal ramifications getting in the way of them releasing this show...really want a copy, especially with how good this years bootlegs sound.
