i wonder how many buy clothes cos of the inside tag or if the "model" in the foto of clothes has long beard..
i thought u buy if u like the design, the color,if have the money to buy it,or worth that price,or have your size..

so,if the guy shaved, and change the tag made in usa,is all ok??

    come on..give them a break...

OK - I'm gonna be a bit pessimistically nostalgic here, but I remember quite well a quote from Mr. Vedder regarding how silly it was when his thrift store corduroy jacket that cost him $10 was being branded and marketed as "grunge style" and selling for hundreds of dollars. Although this item might be a high quality jacket and worth a great deal more than $10, I kind of see a parallel here.

I'm sorry to be a stinker, and I still love the band's music and everything 10C is doing to continually improve the site and club - I just wish we could see more effort on actual music products (HELLO...Vault releases?), vinyl fan club singles, deep magazine, etc. coming our way than the website becoming the "Pearl Jam Store". Most of the "News" releases are nothing more than announcing the latest product for sale. :(

Yup...was reflecting on that while I was typing. That clip is from "Hype", isn't it?

Yup, it's not 1994 and things change, but there's some elements of the band and the scene they came from that will remain timeless, and the anti-commercialism is one of them.
