I just got my poster and I guess I lucked out cause mine was in pretty good condition. It was a little hard to pull out of the tube, the tube was not sealed though. My print is number 113.
However I'm down for banning together to complain cause I had to paid $60.12 for brokerage fees, with I think is outrageous to pay $82.12 shipping on a $125.00 poster.
Has anyone tried posting on his FB or Twitter accounts concerning these issuses? I was lucky to have my print from Mcfarlane come in damage free but feel for those who didn't.
Did you email them through your order page (you would of received a message with tracking number, there you would message back & forth about the item) or through their contact url page?
i have sent of a few emails to the online store, customer service and on my order page. even called the store but was told it was not them who handles this and give me an email addy to forward my problem. This is getting silly already.Anyone here with a damaged print getting any response?
I'm waiting to get mine back in another week or so, cost me about $260 for the frame job  but it's going to look great. Got an aged metal frame that matches the silvers/grays in the print, a textured red mat and a thin layer of green inside of that. If I can figure out how to post a pic on here I will

What are people doing with there damaged prints? Retuning is not an option for me cuz I got mine from someone else and had to pay more then it was Origanally going for.just wondering if anything is going to come out of this.

so you bought a damaged print for more than it was originally going for?
When I bought it there was no word of damages and it was from someone from here that is trusted he got it and sent it to me. And I was the first to open it, the damages are not too bad on my print, nothing a frame won't hide. But i do have a issue with the ink on the right bottom side Of the print. So no I would not have bought a damaged print if I had known about the damage.

No prob Man, just hopping Todd will do something for us fans with this problem.
The sad thing is Todd doesn't even know the monstrosities going on with how his poster was shipped. It is his customer service butchering the entire experience for 100 lucky fans!
The guy I bought the print from Lives down the street from his store and said that Todd is on vacation so maybe when he gets back something might happen??? But like I said, my print has a ink problem. Just have to Waite it out I guess.

I wonder if Todd checks up his Facebook page. I say this cause he posts info & sales on his latest works & projects there. Is it he who is posting all this info or his customer service reps? But what's weird is his posts & images of the PJ print on the Facebook Like page are all gone. Deleted off the site since the problems were coming along.

No chance he makes those posts himself. His twitter account is the same way - someone runs that for him, for sure.

I don't know much about McFarlane or his work but I would hope he would stay somewhat in touch with is fans/customers even if he doesn't take care of all that stuff himself. Anyone tried to contact Maxx242? Maybe news can get back to McFarlane that way.

Maxx242's customer service is amazing, Friend had his print delivered damadged. Although most likely from USPS, cause the tube had a huge dent and crease in it. He e-mailed pics to Maxx and was sent a new print. I'm assuming he gave him one from his personal stash. Maxx did the same thing when the Billboard print oversold, sending out some of his personal stash # 1/50

Yeah, I've had great experience with pretty much every poster artist. Often the artist himself writes back but I always get a response. I bought two posters separately from Sperry and emailed him about getting matching numbers... got a note right back saying he already did because he tries to do that with poster sets. Good man
But then again, McFarlane is not a poster artist and seems bigger than the ones I normally buy from. Just seems like too much time has gone on with nothing from McFarlane which is a shame. I'm sure that will not affect his fan base, but it does leave a sour taste in the mouth and countless unnecessarily damaged artwork. I mean, I've gotten damaged posters before and it was painful to see, I imagine it would hurt more when it's your own work? No?
Just got this back from the shop, originally wanted a 3" red matting, but went down to 2 to keep the cost down, and it's still huge. I was one of the few lucky ones who ordered from McFarlane and received it in one piece. The pictures do not do it justice, this thing is amazing, and really has made up for not being able to make Missoula, while getting me pumped for MIA at the same time.

I wonder if they are in the midst of deciding what to do, if anything.

I'm thinking of doing this one myself. It's been a couple of years since I've framed my own poster.
