    Someone just posted on Lost Dogs about it: viewtopic.php?f=20&t=193109

    He didn't say Maxx or McFarlane though. I'm thinking it's McFarlane, wasn't that an issue with the Billboard posters? People who got the Billboard through Munk One got charged customs fees but not Maxx. I could be remembering this all wrong though so what do I know!

    That sucks about the customs fees for folks overseas :(

    That is ridiculous for a poster.

    That is ridiculous for a poster.
    Does that mean you haven't accepted it yet? I don't know the rules around these things but there's a strong chance the print is damaged if it's from McFarlane. Take that into consideration before you accept it if you haven't already. Not saying yours will be damaged, there have been some people who received it in decent shape. I know that doesn't help you actually get this print but at least you won't be out a bunch of money and with a damaged print.

    Never had any problems with USPS but with UPS, I don't like their service at all. Any item shipped from the USA to Canada by UPS they brutally hammer us with brokerage & service fees. I mean they let us have it. Thank god many artists use USPS instead of UPS when shipping out their posters & merchandise. While back I bought something from Amazon.com and it was shipped by UPS. It was a gift ($500 item) and UPS dude wanted around $180 dollars @ the door. I told them I'm not paying. They asked they will attempt another 2 times and it will ship back to the shipper. I told them to go nuts, send it back. Item came back to the shipper & I got my refund for the item I placed on Amazon.

    My bad. I'm misremembering then. I know one of the poster artists consistently puts the full value of the poster when he ships and folks overseas always get hit with custom fees. Not sure who that is then, for some reason I thought it was Munk One. Oops (sorry Munk if you read this board :oops: :oops: )

    WOW now i just opened it up and its creaded and rippled.
    this is so wrong 200 plus dollars for this !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
    i wonder if anything can be done

    Few artists do and sometimes they forget and they do put the full value on it. Or forget to check mark "gift" on the custom form and they check "merchandise" instead. Many year's back when Ames Bros did the subscriptio packages, I wasn't charged anything at the door. In '10, I think 5 prints came in one tube? and I was charged @ the door only $30 bucks. And it's value was over $200. Here UPS charged DN36753 $60.12 for a $150 dollar print @ the door. :shock:

    Write to McFarlane and ask him to refund you plus customs. He's been offering refunds but has no replacements :(

    Anyone else waiting for Mcfarlane orders i would not except mine is wrinkled ,creased and looks like shit
    this is crazy and i paid over 200 bucks

    Lots of people have been writing to him and have received responses. PM one of the people on the earlier pages (think they posted here). Or PM one of the people on ebeans. Maybe type up your response on the site again and save it somewhere before you submit in case it returns an error again. Or did you pay through PayPal? Use the PayPal address. Good luck :(

    Email McFarlane and ask for a refund. You will have to send the poster back.

    Thats fine i will love to send it back.cost me 80 dollars to get it sent to Canada maybe i will see if i can send it back the same way.see how he likes paying 80 dollars to get 125 dollar poster shipped.

    Sounds and looks like this happened to quite a bit of McFarlanes 100.I agree he should do a re run.
    if 50 are screwed .....print 50 more and have them signed. such a great print what a crying shame

    nope, just Spawn from what I've heard personally and what I've seen posted from others. I dont think there has been 1 complaint about a condition of one from Maxx
