    I too am going through a hellacious funk - what do I do? Get lost in my 3 kids, take a nice extra hug from the Mrs...listen to tunes, go for a walk. Heck, even read a book or watch a stimulating documentary.

    I was feeling like poop....so I picked up one of my religious books and I opened it and coincidentally, I landed on the page that said we need to be grateful. To show gratitude, I found some charities to donate to, that seemed to help.

    there are times when I hate myself, I hate my big nose (well, at least I have a nose, some ppl don't.) my frizzy hair gets on my nerves (as I bitched about it at work one day 20 yrs ago b/c my mullet wasn't perfect, my coworker said, "at least you have hair." her mom's hair fell out during cancer treatments.)

    I don't like it that I'm getting old! I'm older than Pearl Jam. I'm older than two members' age put together! Imagine that? :) that's supposed to make you laugh. take care and please find us some interesting articles like you used to.
