The whole show was amazing... Still buzzing now. The songs above were the highlights for me. Man of the hour > dead man - I think I was hypnotised through it all. What an experience. Thank you 10C for awesome legit seats!!! And thank you also for the Eddie Vedder signed poster give away. I never ran so fast in my life but I was the lucky lucky girl who showed up at the cafe first. Glen & Eddie are really great together. Arc was so powerful I thought the place was going to vibrate into pieces. Eddie crowd surfed just a little but it was so good to see! I am so grateful for the experience. Top 4: man of the hour, parting ways, I am mine and thumbing my way.

PS - the "thank you so much guy" from the recent Amsterdam shows was there and yelling as usual. I know many of you know who I'm talking about. This time he did get acknowledged by Eddie :)

Awesome, awesome show. I was sitting at the top, with a great view and great acoustics. Still buzzed! "Good woman" was a very nice surprise. I never thought to hear this song live. "Falling Slowly" was heart wrenching. (Not to mention "Man of the Hour", "Thumbing my Way" - at some point I got into that "drifting away" high, that good concerts give you...) And man, Glen Hansard has an amazing voice... The emotions... Wow... Wow... Wow...

@ellyn27, which pub are you talking about?

The story about Paul McCartney is that he and the Pearl Jam members were in a Seattle bar some years ago and McCartney was quite enthusiastically telling about how he punched a guy once in the face, and he demonstrated it.... hitting Eddie in the face.....

Brilliant show! The slow version of Better Man was fantastic. Thumbing My Way was beautiful. I liked Dead Man and Open All Night. Eddie and Glen Hansard played a handful of songs together and, yes, Eddie crowdsurfed for a few seconds :o

Glen typically just does the "I miss you already" line at the end.

I cannot get a sleep in the hotel in Amsterdam after this wonderful evening at the Carre Theater. My husband and I were lucky with our Ten Club chosen tickets and had a perfect view in row no. 2 and could easily watch the whole stage by sitting a little higher than the people in the parterre. Eddie played many songs he does not play live very often. Parting Ways, Dead Man and Man of the Hour were just amazing. The crowd could have been a little more into it. That was my impression. It seemed that not all people who very lucky to get a ticket in this small venue were such crazy and longtime EV and PJ fans. As always Ed was very funny and ironic when telling stories. I like that. Hope that I will have the chance to see Ed solo one time again. This summer has been very special with 3 PJ concerts and Ed solo. Please come back to Berlin soon. Good night.

Tonight was a dream come through. I enjoyed every single second of the show. Worth every Euro. Eddie seemed to get a bit more relaxed after about 4 or 5 songs and he was quite chatty. Love his stories. Would gladly pay to listen to him talk for a few hours. Highlights for me were Arc (made me cry), Parting Ways, Thumbing my way and of course Hard Sun. BIg thumbs up for Glen Hansard too. Amazing performer. Crowd loved him!
