2 nights later mind´s still buzzing...

random fragments of the show pop into my head, if they´ve ever left at all!! Release - puts shivers down my spine, Got some - gets me fired up, RVM - freakin´amazing :shock: , SOLAT ready to go, Dissident - takes me back to Ahoy ´09 (first PJ concert after having ticket to the cancelled Ahoy concert in 2000), Crown of thorns --- speechless .... the memory of being in 2nd row singing, dancing, jumping, clapping, a smile on my face the whole time (tears came later

) . Seems like a dream now, such an energy just unbelievable. And, well, I really appreciated Ed´s comment on the bikes, trade them in for all the guns. Gotta love the bikes

Mind you, it IS possible to run someone over with one though

Had a good time in the 10C line, thanks!

Well..

night 2.. not with 8 but only with my best friend.
We met the crazy American Dude Clint and Ashley again who were now on the wright night to enter

Suddenly we heard some buzz that a lot of 10c members got double wristsbands.
So, as Dutch as we are.. we went out asking and 2 French members had spare ones which they shared with us.
Merci beaucoup!!!!

Now our plans change, no longer standing for 4 hours in a lineup.
We went out sitting right above the queuing line and zipped some coffee.
Went downstairs at 17.00 hour and lined up at the back.
So restfull. Respect to all who are sitting right in front. You deserve that first line at the concert.

Show 2, i was very excited.
Talked to a lot of nice people. A brazilian girl with a Palmeiras flag together with her brother from Paris.
She had a wonderfull evening..
Also 2 dutch friends, Erno and Mike.. nice guys who almost visit every concert in Europe since 2000.
And there was DimitrisPearlJam. The big Greek himself. Finally shook hands.
You were busy so i kept it short but we will chat here and there sometime and somehow..

An Australian mate left of me who was living in Hoofddorp :fp:
Had fun talking to you but what went wrong dude...

But then... after X who was on fire again... the waiting was over for show 2

Wow, I know everyone always says this but that setlist is killer. Wash, Footsteps, Glorified G, Dissisdent (the first one I ever heard), and loads more that stand out. This is the boot im getting.

Took my son to see PJ for his 22nd birthday and it was a great time had by all. Anyone from down in the mosh pit reading this?!

This was an amazing setlist. my highlights were Wash, Footsteps and Crown of Thorns (which I never would have thought I would have got in my lifetime!).

It was! Halfway through the first encore, I looked at our dutch friend we made there (who liked PJ, but wasn't a huge fan)', and told him that he was seeing something special. He smiled and wholeheartedly agreed. I think he was converted that night...

What you wrote is pretty much exactly what I was feeling during the entire show...

I did PJ20. This show blew it away.

Crowd was rockin all night. In fact, at one point, my wife and I were looking from our seats to the pit and couldn't believe how wild it was for the entire show. Night #1, wild from center to Mike's side...night #2, floor went crazy from the front to the back and from side to side.

Holy shit, I was stoked for the next 2 days, even after leaving Amsterdam and traveling to Belgium.

Shit I'm still stoked, just not like I was that night. Can't wait for the bootlegs!
