I totally agree with Schapp's review, I was in general A, since im a big fan, but the venue didin,t help at all. I also agree that there wasn´t a conectionm between the crow and the band, this is by far my least favortie Mexico City concert. I couldn´t stand people talking during songs that they didn´t know, or laughing, I think the band was a bit tired too. But the setlist was amazing, had a great time, and I'll definetely buy the boot, but I really hope next time they play at the Palacio de los deportes Arena.
I don't know where you saw the concert because I was in front second row and the connection and crowd was amazing and when everybody started throwing the Beer cups like freezbies during Rocking in the free world they were all speechless and looked amazing the backstage people even came out and starting taking pictures and recording it.
Maybe you were in the stands and not on the floor were the real true Pearl Jam fans were, because I can tell you it was one of the best if not the best concert I've been and the set list was amazing... Every song you wanted they sang it and hard.
The only song I wanted to hear but didn't expected because it was Mexico, was their Cover of the Who's Reign over Me.... other than that was crazy good.
Above is an audience recording. I've listen to Last Exit, Why Go, & Brain of J. I give the quality a B-. The only real drawback is it's missing Leash thru Rockin' in the Free World.
