your right there, the team picked could've and should've been able to see off palace, but if he wanted he could've had a few of the big names on the bench just incase, Anderson or hernandez or someone like that.
but i guess at the end of the day, the team did not perform, and when they did at the end it was too little too late as palace had their heels dug in, and as i said deserved to win.
as a utd its just annoying, but life goes on, after all its only a game and its the taking part that counts

well that sucked. didn't seem like they tried too hard to win.

I think nani has always been a great player, but in the past been in the shadow of ronaldo, but last season i think we began to see his true potential, and so far this season seems to be playing far better, I think he was the best player aginst basal and utd were the better team - apart from putting the ball in the net.
I did here a while ago that there was interest in nani, i think from italian teams, and fergi would be a fool to let him go. but i hope it was just romours, it was also good to see rooney amongst the goals too, so hopefully it will kickstart his goal scoring again, he has been fantastic this season also, but to be honest, utd need rooney to be more than fantastic, utd need his goals again.

chelsea v man city on tonight, lets hope our old rivals can give the so called noisey neigbourghs a game and win, and do utd a favour.

Anybody watch the man utd vs chelsea game today, now thats what i call a game of football, okay utd dropped 2 points in the title race, but i consider it 1 point won. and they definatly showed their fighting spirit, and if city do go on to win the title, they sure now they'll have been in a fight.

well, not so good in the europa league tonight, but its not mission impossible yet. i still have faith in utd's capability to turn it around.

I absolutely hate this team you are all going on about. And it's good to see so many having nothing to do with Manchester or even the area, just like their UK fan base. A team supported by a load of glory seakers.

not a good game, bleh. funny that Ferguson said it was a mistake playing Jones and Smalling in the game against Ajax the other week that they almost lost, and then tonight he started both of them.

I don't think smalling had that bad a game, but jones made a few mistakes, but rafeal... what the fuck was he thinking.... and overall i don't think it was that bad a performance by man utd, more that athletic played better. I just don't like when man utd get beat, and people automatically say, but we didn't play well.

In professional soccer if you have a throw in and the ball never lands in bounds, say the wind blows it out or it's just a bad throw, does the team that threw it get another try?
