Saw her in either 99 or 2000 in new haven. I yelled this song out and she played it. I think it was during the Ophelia tour. She does a great cover of after the gold rush.0 -

It will be so worth it! I saw her live in a small venue in NYC a few years ago. So amazing, and I heard it wasn't even her best show (I think she did like a 5 night run or something).0 -

I always loved this song.
I was looking for a link to post in the "first song you heard this morning" thread.
Although I was looking for the original, I was delighted to find this version with Natalie Merchant & Michael Stipe. What a beautiful rendition of "To Sir with Love"

LYRICS OF "WONDER" APPEAR IN EPIGRAPH OF NEW BOOK
On Sale February 14, 2012
"Wonder", the debut novel by R.J. Palacio, is a portrait of one community’s struggle with empathy, compassion, and acceptance. In a world where bullying among young people is an epidemic, this is a refreshing new narrative full of heart and hope. R.J. Palacio has called her book “a meditation on kindness”—indeed, every reader will come away with a greater appreciation for the simple courage of friendship.
