And like others already mentioned in your previous thread, make sure you eat, sleep and drink loads of water.

    8 years is a long time, so you are most definitely not ready to move on and you won't be for awhile. There's no schedule, and everyone is different. Don't let anyone make you feel like you should be doing things differently. It's okay to be sad for awhile.
