    I have been looking at zumba too, down here in winter it's inside, in summer it's on the beach...

    I just love McDonalds - Yogurt and Fruit Parfait - yummy -

    its yogurt with strawberries and blueberries. Its about the only thing I will eat at McDonalds.

    Its about 100 calories and only $1.00 :D

    Anyone else ever tried this ?
