p90x is amazing if you can stick to it. I know a few people who have done it and had great results. One of the guys in a band I go see all the time did it and he looks and feels great.

Zumba kicks all kinds of ass. I love it. I can't wait until I can start that again. Oh and hooping is good workout too.

zumba is a great start...i prefer belly dance first though...weights are not my friend...
