kudos to breakfast! Although I rather prefer brunch to breakfast--just not too hungry for a few hours in the mornings. Love some yogurt with granola or a bagel. My favorite indulgences are pancakes or eggs benedict.

  • Two eggs sunny side up, wheat toast and hash browns.

    or

    Biscuits and sausage gravy.

    or

Corned beef hash and eggs over easy.

If I was a bigger drinker, I'd probably get down on Sarki's bacon loretta more often. Italian bread, cheese, mayo, bacon and a mix of onions, green peppers and tomatoes.

I do like breakfast, just not pancakes.

anyone else put hot sauce on their eggs?

Sarki's is a local restaraunt. They have this sandwich that is described above. I ate it the morning of the Alpine tailgate and was able to drink heartily, and not have to get on the bacon wrapped crow for nourishment. It sustained me all day.
