it was. and it was a totally spontaneous thing. I had just picked up my son, driving home and was telling him we had no more waffles for breakfast and we would have to have oatmeal when we came across the McD's. We ate, I took him to his soccer game, and we left a sausage biscuit with cheese, no egg for my girlfriend on the counter as she was still asleep. She found it, made her day. it was sweet.

Egg & cheese on a cinnamon raisin bagel is good -- the savory eggs and salty cheese go well with the sweet raisins and spicy cinnamon.

Don't knock it till you try it.

I love breakfast. Sometimes I'll have it for dinner....eggs, bacon, home fries, toast, the works :)

For everyday, it's steel cut oatmeal with a dash of brown sugar and cinnamon, and coffee.

    one egg
one turkey sausage link or patty (the store i frequent only sells links of the turkey sausage)
one 100 calorie bagel (or two frozen eggo waffles)
    one slice cheese

melt cheese on hard or scrammbled up egg
    eat!

this gets me through a 2 hour swim and i am fully capable of teary up that pool w/out hunger kicking in
this is one happy ass breakfast

however, it only takes 30-45 seconds to inhale

add hot tea and you're havin a mighty fine breakfast
