    This is probably a stupid question, but Megaupload actually DOES have a download limit, right? So after a certain amount of people download something, it's limit is exceeded?

    I'm pretty sure the file will be available as long as people keep downloading it. Users have a download limit on how much stuff they can download.

    I found that Nero converts M4A to mp3. If you have it go to "Extras", and then "Encode Tracks".
