agreed. i love the idea that this could have a lower attendance than usual. should give the band the incentive to throw down.

This info isn't surprising. When you put a fest on 4th of July weekend its bound to be a bust sales wise. Should be a great time, and honestly wouldn't be surprised if they busted something extremely special out if the 25k is actually correct. Maybe a full set Gamehendge as a "you should have been here" moment. Just remember the Dark Side of the Moon show 2 days after Halloween 8-)

Safe travels to everyone going and def. have some good times

It is soooo sooooooon!!!! It's pathetic how much this has been running through my mind. Anybody else see the pics that Phish has been posting? They're the ones that show all the construction of the site; it looks so wild. Giant disco balls, "ball square:" a place with three distinct time zones. An american settlement, the industrial revolution, and the future, and so many awesome events.

Also wondering about any hidden essentials people have packed before that have really come in handy. Can't wait for all the sunshine and tapestries and body paint and wook sightings and tailgating and a billion PHISH sets.. too pumped for my own good.

What time are people planning on heading in? I think the crew I'm headed with has decided to leave at like 1am on Thursday and then get there by the sun rise on Friday morning so we don't have to set up camp in the dark. Key is also to bring a ton of water - don't get dehydrated and get too sick to enjoy the shows.

Us PJ people need like a secret symbol or something. I'd be down for a PJ meet up... but it's funny to see a bunch of phans trying to "organize" this shit! hahaha

    THREE DAYS!

here's your map. PINBALL TENT!!!!!!! i hope they have adams family or funhouse
leaving western mass 9 am on thursday, hope to be in by 3-4. hope to get in a closer parking area. also found some of the vending prices for inside...water $3, soda/gatorade 5, beers $8. I'm guessing this is not the beer from the beers around the world tent.

i'm excited to try the foam beer, heard that shit won awards, and i didn't go to 8 so that i could hit the PJ spectrum run.

"America in the Industrial Revolution (the factory is churning out costumery and masks for Sunday's Super Bull Run - stop by to be a part of this special event),"

Super Bull Run? not the 5k race thats on saturday.

Someone claims on PT that they know people in a marching band that will be playing at superball. Other people on PT have sworn this guy knows his crap:

People are leaning towards these guys:

The What Cheer Brigade. A marching band with big puppets.

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IwQbf9u2bTc

Trey in a recent rolling stone article said that he wants to cover Master of Puppets by Metallica.

Speculation is that parade will go through the campgrounds so phish can say they've played in every state. Campgrounds are named after the only states that phish haven't played in

And the final piece of the puzzle:

    http://www.whatcheerbrigade.com/

    Posted on that website

    Upcoming shows

Friday, July 1, 2011: Unidas, ME The Sturgeon County Fair
Saturday, July 2, 2011: Unidas, ME The Sturgeon County Fair (Day Two)
Sunday, July 3, 2011: Ettington, VT The North American High Five Championships

unidas, me and ettington vt are fictional. And the North American High Five Championships is just funny. Hope you guys got a parade in ya on Sunday morning.

I absolutely despise the term "epic" but I can think of no other word to describe these proportions.

HEY! Completely forgot about this thread!!!!! I've been ridiculously busy with work, and unfortunately it's keeping me from leaving for SuperBallIX until Friday morning, but I'm ready to go!

Unfortunately I'm hitting the show solo. My friends backed out at the last minute, and after weeks of being in the "not going" column, I finally realized that if I skip out on this I'm gonna regret it for the rest of my life. So - screw it. I'm going solo.

Any plans for a 10Club meetup in the works? I'd imagine there are a solid 10+ of us going.

Fixed! You will have a great time solo, you get to play by your own rules the whole time! Very cool that you just decided to say F it and go - thats the way to be! Can't even wait, preparing all day and then leaving late tonight/early morning tomorrow to get there by sunrise.

I don't think anyone made plans for a meet up of 10c'ers but it might be easy if we all sort of get in on another meetup. I saw a page floating around on facebook and phantasy tour called "the Official Meatup" and it says theres gonna be around a hundred people attending. here are the details in case you're interested!
Please take note of the following details:

Time: Friday, July 1st at 4:20 PM
Where: WEDGEwood Road, somewhere near Arkansas on the way to the Venue
    Who: Whoever
What: Bring some Beer, Meat, Wheat, Grass, Ass, and Smiles :)
    Why: Because you fucking rule!
Keep an eye out for the official meatup flag and a structure with a multi-colored roof! (hopefully)

The flag has like a big arrow pointing to a steak. Get it? ha ha ha. Hope to meet you all there! Have a GREAT time and be safe! Also - look for my car! White pontiac with a stickman on the back windshield haha. should be near a 25 ft flag pole with a Temple University flag.

Kills me to say that I can't make this. Hurts with every ounce in my body. Atlanta to the glen is no easy trek but seriously thought about it doing it solo. But low on the flow doesn't help.

Hope you phans fucking rock the shit out of it. I got couch tour in full effect on sirius and we be listening to every second. Enjoy everybody!!
