Dogfish Head & PJ20

If anyone is in the Philly area and happens to be around the Norristown/Plymouth Meeting area, do yourself a favor and stop in Capones on Germantown Pike. Incredible tap selection and a beer store that rivals any I have been to. You can mix and match a 6 pack too if you like. Saturday I made myself an awesome (but rather expensive) 6 pack.
2008 Dogfish Head 120 Minute IPA (21% ABV) - ridiculous beer. I was drunk after one. LOL. Not my favorite but something that has to be tried once.
Dogfish Head Immort Ale - 11% ABV
Dogfish Head Palo Santo - 12% ABV
Founders Breakfast Stout - 8.3% ABV - one of my all time favorites!
Bell's Hopslam - 10% ABV - awesome IPA - alcohol is TOO well hidden!! LOL.
Bell's Two Hearted Ale - incredible beer. One of my all time favorite ales.
Also had a Russian River Pliny the Elder on tap finally. Great beer. Worth the wait!
I am all in for a PJ beer!Oh I'm a lucky man, to count on both hands the ones I love
Dream the dreams of other men, you'll be no ones rival0 -
120, kbs, hopslam and Pliny all in one place, wow!!!! Those are hard beers to come by even one at a time let alone in the same place.0

I agree with you about it, if it were to happen, it would be from one of the many Northwest micro brews. Not by some east coast mass produced craft beer company doing a TV show that looks like it was produced by the same crew that made Pawn Stars.
Dogfish Head does make good beer, but there are so many more local ones to choose from, that are not stars of a reality TV show.0 -

in terms of suggested brews, even though i am not a lagerhead, it would appropriate to have a thirst quencher on tap for this gig, so 2 votes for that lager w/lemon, rosemary combo.
Are you saying the apricot flavor will develop over time or it will be better in later batches? I bought a case the other day and I'm keeping the in the basement. Trying to hold onto my Abita strawberry lager until the summer.
yes, basically the hops/bitterness will settle down and the apricot will surface a bit more, nothing incredibly different but you should be able to notice by now if you have any left.San Diego Sports Arena - Oct 25, 2000
