Boston is going to be tougher than some of you are giving them credit for.

They are big and can skate and have above average goaltending. Seems if memory serves, they played the flyers tough during the season, and i suspect they will be out to avenge last seasons collapse.

They took 3 of 4 and I think Thomas stole one or two of those.

This is gonna be a battle. Hopefully we don't lose the first 3 again...

As a hockey fan with your team done, you couldn't ask for 4 more entertaining matchups. ;)

Honestly the revenge factor has me worried

A lot of embarrassed players in that locker room last year

Maybe it could work to the Flyers advantage and the Broons play outside of their game

Anybody know how well Pronger is progressing? Like is he getting healthier by the day? I would like to think at some point in the playoffs he'll be in full-on beast mode.

considering he played 17 minutes in game 7, i'd say he is progressing quite well. i didn't think he looked to rusty either.

Yeah, I guess that's a big step up from game 6. You could just see how weak his slap shot is from the point. I want the regular asshole out there.

    He's not 100%

Did anyone catch on the one scrum he held his right hand behind his back to protect it ?

    This layoff will definitely help

No doubt. Should wrap it up offensive lineman style. Just a big nub - put a little hook on it for the stick to stay in place.

PP - I liked down low where he shoved his stick up between Niedermayer's legs. THAT's what I'm talking about. Asshole. love it.

I'm sure hes fitted with something on his hand to some what protect it but nothing will totally do the job

JP..He's not as "asshole-ish" as he used to be but he still has his moments

I don't think anyone is saying that Boston i snot a good team but I think the flyers will beat them. Boston imo can't keep up with our forwards. the way JVR is playing and now with pronger back in to calm things down on the PP Boston i think will have a hard time winning. i don't think the games will be blow outs but i see scores like 2-1 or 3-2.

I agree with the revenge thing. It was either boston or TB in this round, so either would have been a tough draw.

I think the flyers will win a long series, but it's gonna be close. Boston is a solid team
