It's 8am Friday on a beautiful Sydney morning - my day off before working the weekend afternoon shift. Mundane chores to do - put the washing on, iron clothes for work and going to the football tonight, a buzz on the intercom... it couldn't be, could it?? I got my e-mail download a few days ago, so I knew it must be damn close...the UPS man is there...IT'S here ...unfriggingbelievable... patience is not my strongest virtue...I'm like a kid in a candy store. The biggest decision after a quick flick through the goodies is what to play first...stop procrastinating...what is PJ best at - the Orpheum concert CD is on - sounds magbloodynificent - so glad now I'm not working today. Worth the wait peeps, believe me! Am I ecstatic - 'king oath!!!!

They should have sent this two weeks ago... And one lucky Swedish member on the forum has received his box. I guess I'll get mine early next week then... It's strange that they had time to ship the packages to the swedish fans in the middle of the week but it will take half a week to get the other packages shipped.

NO TRACKING!!!! Santos L Harper told us in the pj radio interview that these packages must have tracking because they are so expensive. Now we pay high shipping fees for this boxes and they don't have tracking. This is just ridiculous! Maybe they should be sent with standard mail and cheaper next time and as we will see that these packages find their way to us also with Swedish post and without tracking - at a higher price
Well. That's odd. The first email i got today was the one about the delay, and that it would be shipped on the week of April 11.
Then i got another email a few hours later saying it had shipped. I got home from work and there was nothing at my door, but when i took a closer look at the email, it had a tracking link. I clicked on that, and it said it had been delivered. I went outside to look for it, and sure enough, it arrived. It was well hidden
Oh and it came from Sweden to Australia, sent on the 5th
I think this e mail is sent out to cover up Sony fucking up.
And I truely hope 10C takes note of this and next time Sony offers to distribute items in Europe, they just kindly flip them the bird.

I also have received the mail this morning announcing that shipment was delayed and that my credit card would have been charged as soon as the parcel leaves.
As a matter of fact my card was charged on Tuesday, so I wrote to sony and asked about this inconsistency.
They replied apologizing, saying it was a mistake in the system and that on the day my parcel leaves I should not be charged again (I hope so).

The logistics of this being in Europe and Australia before it reaches everyone in the states/anyone is Canada is laughable. I hope 10C has spent the last week or so looking into a new shipping company/option.

They did ship it from 10C to Sony Sweden before the release date, so we should have had it on the release date, now the shipping was delayed and we had to wait a little longer.
Why you dont have youres I dont know, do 10C use UPS for this in America?

i said ill cancel my order if they ask money in my door for vat they forget to add at first date..then i saw they cancel orders cos there are mistakes in address so they make u re buy it with vat including in the total.i guess they will do the same with my order...they didnt cancel my order,they didnt sent me a confirmation shipping mail..they sent me today a that will be delay at shipping till 11th april and the same day arrive in my home..crazy..
