    Got the download link as well. It arrived in my spam folder. So, people still waiting for the link don't forget to check your spam!

    Also wondering what this 'en' means in the order status. But lets be positive and think it means something good :-)

    Did you get the download link from 10c or Sony?

    The mail with the link came from Pearl Jam and it was signed PJ20. It also said "Please contact <!-- e --><a href="mailto:shipping@tenclub.net">shipping@tenclub.net</a><!-- e --> with any questions".

    But didn't you order the other versions from TenClub? I only ordered it from Sony Europe but basically it was from pearljam.com as they linked us international customers from the pearl jam main site to the sony/myplaydirect site.

    yeah these are being processed, I too got an email last night but mine said my order had failed,.

    damn it - when i ordered my credit card was valid until the end of last month and i hadnt received my new card, thinking they would charge it straight away i thought nothing of it.....they tried to process today and well it clearly is an invalid card ....so i'm off to reorder with my new card ....

    sounds like great news folks, the boxes are a coming.

    I also got the download code for the second time.....maybe 10c sent it out and the sony did too

    Hmm, perhaps they are just giving themselves a sizable buffer in case things don't turn up quick enough, to avoid all the hate mail. All things being equal, I think it shouldn't take that long...should it?

    My credit card expired at the end of March, should have known it would be delayed so now I'll have to faff about trying to get them my new expiry date and CVV code. Grrrr.
