Another day here in Brooklyn without my SDE delivered :(. I guess I technically have until Wednesday (8th business day) until I can really start complaining, but I still think this whole thing is really shitty. I'll now have it no less than 1 week after its release.
ok this suck i first bought the ten super deluxe edition box set from amazon.com they had it for purchase and i got it shipped to me in Canada in 3 days, So I see this one is only available from ten club, does anyone know if stores or amazon will get it at a later date cause I know best buy hmv and futureshop all had the ten box set when that came out I just don't want to order from the club cause i know everything else i have gotten from this site i have waited up to almost 2 months sometimes to get it. this really sucks.

I feel your pain. I wouldn't have minded paying the $17 on top of the $150 if it would have arrived sooner. What really sucks is everyone else in the world can download the songs any time from itunes or Amazon and we are still stuck waiting unless we want to pay extra for the digital copies as well. They should have let us download all of the content for free since we dropped so much money on the SDE. I hate to be critical of such a great organization, but the Ten CLub really dropped the ball on this one.

I just got an email from the Ten Club, and they cannot even find my orders tracking number! They asked me to give it a "few day's to shake loose". This is getting old real quick.
At least the Americans have the option of a tracking number. Even though DHL Globlmail supports it Ten Club said:
There is no tracking information for International orders at this
time. Please take into account holidays and poor weather conditions.
Shipments to Canada, Mexico and Australia can expect delays due to increased
Customs scrutiny.

I also find this somewhat odd as someone posted from one of the countries that wasn't covered by the Sony pre-sale that they contacted Ten Club to see if they could try to get it through the club since they had no other option and the Club said they couldn't do it as they wouldn't be able to provide a tracking number. So in other words only Canadians get it without a tracking number, but that isn't acceptable for any other country in the world for an item such as this.
Nice to see we're special. Not only will we be the last to recieve the box, we also don't need tracking!!!

I feel your pain. I wouldn't have minded paying the $17 on top of the $150 if it would have arrived sooner. What really sucks is everyone else in the world can download the songs any time from itunes or Amazon and we are still stuck waiting unless we want to pay extra for the digital copies as well. They should have let us download all of the content for free since we dropped so much money on the SDE. I hate to be critical of such a great organization, but the Ten CLub really dropped the ball on this one.

Vitalogy is such a great album by itself. To get it WITH VS and the Orpheum show on both CD and vinyl it is well worth the $150...that is if it ever arrives. This is my favorite era of PJ with Dave A on drums. It's hard for me to find quality live shows with his drumming so I am extra excited about getting the Orpheum show on vinyl!

Tracking said it was to arrive yesterday. Never did. Home all day. This morning, tracking said they attempted delivery last night...at 9:35PM!!?!?! I was here. Did not happen. Then, they did not even leave a delivery notice. (Plus, let's be honest, the USPS does not do deliveries at 9:30 at night.)
Today, I call, and they tell me I can not get it redelivered today (my other day off of the week), but can redeliver on Friday...when I work all day! Or, I can pick it up at the post office...which is not walking distance and I have no car...one of the reasons I get my shit delivered!!!
In a quandary...still waiting...

Interesting note. I ordered a 13 CD box set weighing just over 5 pounds from Pop Market the other day (run by MyPlay i.e. Sony). Shipping for the box was about $7.50 to Canada, it shipped from Tennessee on Friday and arrived in Edmonton yesterday through UPS. So they no longer can justly claim that this is the best they can do!!!
Now, I really wish Sony/MyPlay would have handled the Canadian boxes.

40 dollars shipping without a tracking number is definite rape, no questions asked. Ten club must have picked up some of the JP Morgan golden parachute people.
I wish Ten Club would offer different shipping methods. Being charged for express 1 day shipping but not getting my package for at least a month (with no way of finding out where it is) is absolutely ridiculous. If they offered both express and standard there is no way they could get away charging so much for STANDARD shipping.
Now, I really wish Sony/MyPlay would have handled the Canadian boxes.
And have to wait till April 11th.
Yes, but when it ships it will take 3-4 days. Not 6-8 weeks. I guarantee you despite yours being shipped two weeks later, you'll get it before anybody in Canada does.
