Still waiting...product shipped 5 days after email confirmation said it would. Still 4 states away! What a joke this whole thing has been, I almost want to return it when it comes and get my money back just on principal. Let the tenclub know we're sick and tired of this and we won't stand for it anymore!

I'm ONE state next to Washington over in Idaho and my box set got shipped one state over me to Utah! I still haven't gotten mine - how do you think I feel?

My USPS carrier came and left today and I still don't have my super deluxe set. I love the Ten Club and all, but i am starting to really get pissed off about this. They should have at least sent download links for people who pre-ordered to download the ENTIRE ORPHEUM SHOW to tide us over while we wait for our shipments to arrive. In the future, I think I will just stick to either ordering from Amazon, or just download from Amazon's MP3 store. :x :(

No, you were getting those anyway. They are the remaining live tracks from the Orpheum show not included on the cd or the LP.

Another day here in Brooklyn without my SDE delivered :(. I guess I technically have until Wednesday (8th business day) until I can really start complaining, but I still think this whole thing is really shitty. I'll now have it no less than 1 week after its release.

ok this suck i first bought the ten super deluxe edition box set from amazon.com they had it for purchase and i got it shipped to me in Canada in 3 days, So I see this one is only available from ten club, does anyone know if stores or amazon will get it at a later date cause I know best buy hmv and futureshop all had the ten box set when that came out I just don't want to order from the club cause i know everything else i have gotten from this site i have waited up to almost 2 months sometimes to get it. this really sucks.

I feel your pain. I wouldn't have minded paying the $17 on top of the $150 if it would have arrived sooner. What really sucks is everyone else in the world can download the songs any time from itunes or Amazon and we are still stuck waiting unless we want to pay extra for the digital copies as well. They should have let us download all of the content for free since we dropped so much money on the SDE. I hate to be critical of such a great organization, but the Ten CLub really dropped the ball on this one.

I just got an email from the Ten Club, and they cannot even find my orders tracking number! They asked me to give it a "few day's to shake loose". This is getting old real quick.

At least the Americans have the option of a tracking number. Even though DHL Globlmail supports it Ten Club said:

There is no tracking information for International orders at this
time. Please take into account holidays and poor weather conditions.
Shipments to Canada, Mexico and Australia can expect delays due to increased
Customs scrutiny.

I can't figure out why we don't get tracking numbers when the dhl globmail tracking site exists here:

I also find this somewhat odd as someone posted from one of the countries that wasn't covered by the Sony pre-sale that they contacted Ten Club to see if they could try to get it through the club since they had no other option and the Club said they couldn't do it as they wouldn't be able to provide a tracking number. So in other words only Canadians get it without a tracking number, but that isn't acceptable for any other country in the world for an item such as this.

Nice to see we're special. Not only will we be the last to recieve the box, we also don't need tracking!!!
