    That's weird. When you ordered, did it say it was coming from the US? I also paid big time ($100) for the shipping, but it's UPS and hopefully fast (2-3 days).

    Have a look on the Myplay site were you put in your tracking number etc and see what it spits back??
    Also did you do paypal or credit card??
    Where do you put in your tracking number? Well, I checked the link from my order email anyway, and it says "Shipped via UPS, Tracking Number: XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX". I paid by credit card.

    They said they'd send out the link on release day (29th, isn't it?) and it's hardly business hours on the 29th in many countries yet. We'll probably get the email tomorrow.

    I'm in Australia, and hadn't received any confirmation, and i pre ordered on the 3rd of Feb, so i just clicked on my order number, and it says that it will ship on or before the 11th April. WTF!!

    been out of the loop for a bit. So, let me get this right, Super Duper Gold Platinum Deluxe edition purchased 2/2/11 will not be received on release date ???? Release date 3/29 ???? i got my confirm email yesterday said "5-8" days. just sayin??? nothing but love for 10c!!!

    They sure did! It's on the sleeve that contains the CD and on the box that holds the three discs contained in the Deluxe version. However, it's still got the original title on the album jacket.

    Got my email this morning for my regular deluxe box. Pretty bummed that I'm gonna have to wait up to another week for delivery. What is normal for 10C CD releases? I held off ordering LoTL so I could buy it the day of in stores, and then people were getting it the weekend before release and I couldn't find it in several different retailers and ended up ordering online anyway. So I went through 10C this time and won't get it until 5-8 days after the release date and I'm seeing Best Buy ads with the box for tomorrow for $13 less than I paid :( (but without the bonus Orpheum tracks ;)). Is 10C pretty sporadic with dates like that? I'm used to ordering merchandise through 10C, not albums.

    I'm suprised no one has said it yet - they should really call the box the Super DELAYED edition. :roll:

    I am having trouble checking my order staus but if what's happening others are anything to go by I am tipping it's 11/4 for me (if i am lucky, as i am not in europe - it could well be even later...) and yes, I too am one of the ones who ordered first day, so the waiting continues.

    I am not suggesting those of us who forked out the most cash necessarily deserves the red carpet treatment over anyone just choosing to buy the other less expensive versions, even though as a consumer that is probably not too much to ask for all the same. And what indeed am I asking for? just simply standing by your OWN word, Sony, to send the product out on or before the release date, as YOU promised. And of course an update from the person following my enquiry on the status of my box or an apology from Sony, much like the shipping confirmation email, is nowhere to be seen in my inbox. what a suprise.... thanks... A LOT.... :evil:

    10C would do well to look into this. it's not their fault i suppose, but they are partnering with Sony to handle something that relates to the band, which 10C exisit becasue of. at least some explanation to clarify the situation is a reasonable move i would have thought, to give some clarity and comfort to those of us who continue to pledge loyalty, money and TIME to this band.

    i still very much want this box so i will wait it out but all round, a very disappointing experience from all parties concerned so far.....

    I'm from the Philippines, got my order is processed confirmation March 28. However, it also says "International orders ship via DHL GLOBALMAIL and can take up to 4-8 weeks for
    delivery". I have to wait another 2 months to receive my order. However, I am used to it. All my purchases takes 4-8 weeks. They are lucky, that they are my favorite band!

    Really good stuff, loved the box and the art.

    good for you, hope you get it sooner than that.

    i am in asia also and i got the "on or before 11 april" standard reply. here's hoping it's not another 4 - 8 weeks after they finally say it's shipped before i get it and that's provided they don't push it back even further come 11 april. heck, i may actually get this just before the annual single.... woo hoo!!!..... :roll: :roll: :roll:

    i guess i should have known when 10C said sony was shipping as they can do it cheaper, which = longer wait time and no coordination / idea. :roll:
