Why would you need an electrical outlet to blow up an air mattress?Shows: Montreal 98, Barrie 98, Montreal 00, Montreal 03, Montreal 05, Ottawa 05, Toronto 06, Vancouver Night 1 08 (EV), Vancouver Night 2 08 (EV), MSG1 08, MSG2 08, Montreal Night 2 08 (EV), Toronto Night 1 08 (EV), Toronto 09, Hartford 11 (EV), Ottawa 11, Ottawa 16, Ottawa 22.0 -

Kind of figured :-)
I'm closing in on 34 with a 2 year old. Makes going on those multiple day excursions a bit more challenging. We will probably try to get away for a couple of days to see an Ed show if he plays reasonably close to us, but Alpine is kind of out of the question.[/quote]
Challenging, yes, but just wait until he/she is older and you can take him/her with you. I took my ten year old son to see Linkin Park (his favorite ban) in January - we ended up on the front rail and had a great time!0 -

For sure...this is just that weird in between age. We've left him with my parents for 1 night, but never multiple nights in a row. I think that might be asking too much of them at this point.
I can't wait till i can take him to a Pearl Jam show!Shows: Montreal 98, Barrie 98, Montreal 00, Montreal 03, Montreal 05, Ottawa 05, Toronto 06, Vancouver Night 1 08 (EV), Vancouver Night 2 08 (EV), MSG1 08, MSG2 08, Montreal Night 2 08 (EV), Toronto Night 1 08 (EV), Toronto 09, Hartford 11 (EV), Ottawa 11, Ottawa 16, Ottawa 22.0 -

Unfortunately, none of my kids like PJ that much - weird, I know. But we have gone to Metallica, Green Day, Iron Maiden, Foo Fighters, STP, KOL
The oddest thing is seeing bands that I saw ~25 years ago, like Metallica and Iron Maiden, with my kids. It's kinda like doing Disney World and reliving the memories I had as a kid with them.0 -

Familiarize yourself with this term: unfunded liability0 -
wow. i'd actually say you're the lame one. you judge me for using some of my left over pell grant to go to pj 20? what would be a good idea for me to use it on? please, i'd like to know. so far i've used some of it for school, some of it for a new computer (sorry, a great indulgence on my part i know, mine old was good enough. the screen was a bit broken and it took forever to load a page but what the hell.) and the little rest i had left i decided to treat myself with a little pj. i don't go out much and i've been through hell and back over the past year and i know you know nothing of me or the shit i've gone through to actually get that money but no, please, go ahead, please tell me what i should do with the rest of it. it's your money after all, so you tell me what i should do with it.Bubbles wrote:
