I'm staying alone for the 3 nights there. Once I saw how close it was, and at a reasonable price, i got in. I've never been to the East Coast of the USA, and alone, so why not. Gotta enjoy life sometime!

I am only staying for one night, and my sister didn't seem to care much about the place. I am hoping and "praying" that I will have have no problems!!!
    Is anyone else staying there???

Staying at the Holland Motor Lodge in Jersey - no MSG tickets yet though (but still hoping ;=) - cheap, but very good reviews on tripadvisor.

and I did the exact same thing as you - $99 from priceline. I called the hotel and they told me it was a private bath. Then again, the person I was speaking to didn't seem to be all that fluent in english.

Not sure how many of these hotels in nyc threads there are floating around here,

but anyways- this NYer isnt bullshitting any fellow Pearl Jam Fans ( even ones from Boston ;) )- especially about avoiding the Hotel Pennsylvania and definitely about Bedbugs.

There are certain things that we shouldnt be bullshitting about, no ?

    EDIT :

    OK-
    heres the other thread-

even so i would go out of my way to walk a little further and NOT stay at this Hotel Penn, but the choice is all of yours,....

    enjoy the show(s) !

I knew someone who stayed there. She's still alive; didn't say anything one way or another about it. Maybe that's good. The location definitely is.
