    It's just a matter of time before he gets dummied by somebody who will take a 10 game suspension to put him in his place (like when Domi flattened Samuelson by a "justifiable" sucker punch back in the 90s). Ulf's last words in that game were "Hey Tie Dummy -- want to fi ... zzzzzzzzzz". I happened to be sitting in a crowd of Rags fans at that game too ... it was awesome when Domi dropped Samuelson -- the women were crying and the men were livid (or was it the other way around?).

    That said, Avery is one of the most entertaining players in the NHL. At least he is fun to hate (and therefore fun to watch). He knows that his claim to fame is being a shit-disturber so he keeps doing this stupid stuff to keep his name out there. I'd take 100 Averys in the league just to make the regular season a little more entertaining.

    even with Frankenstein on skates on the other side.

    2 even up sides, only we fell just a little bit short.

    The new alternative jerseys looked pretty good on the Garden ice, too.

    from what I read, Christensen didn't play much after the first period after failing to shoot at the wide-open net on an odd-man rush, but that being said Lundqvist has to stop that Recchi shot.
