    It's "Live in Gdansk". And it's with the Polish Philharmonic Orchestra. It's so awesome. Way better than Royal Albert. At this point, this is the only Floyd I listen to regularly. Gilmour is oozing with talent on this album. A must-have for Floyd fans and guitar aficionados.

    I actually used to do just that, for my own amusement. My friends always say I know "too much" about music when they casually ask a question like "Have you heard the new Belle&Sebastian album?" and I proceed to go off for 20 minutes about the merits of Scottish pop folk and about how their lyrical style is better than She&Him. They just roll their eyes and tune me out @ about the 3 minute mark. I take my musical stylings very seriously.

    I can never disagree with that. I love each Beatle in their own way, but Lennon is my favorite. George is the fucking man and he rules! A vastly underrated guitarist. He was clearly the best writer near the end of the Beatles. Anyone who writes "While My Guitar Gently Weeps", "Something", and "Here Comes the Sun" is seriously the best. His solo work is awesome. His guitar playing, though, is something else. He created the folk rock sound. All you need to know is The Byrds.
