    I'm accessing Sirius on the web and via my sirius iphone app.

    After about 10 minutes everything switched back to normal Jam On programming. What gives?


    EDIT -

    It went to SiriusXM Music Showcase in the "Showcase" section at the bottom of the stations list. Still, what gives?

    Look up. Changed to 813 for some reason. Wonder if an actual radio (not online) changed the channel also.

    Channel 92 on XM (which is way different than Channel 39 which they advertised)

    XM people:

    Try 39 if you're listening through satellites or 92 if you're listening online. I don't have XM, so i'm just guessing.

    Sirius:
    813 | PEARL JAM RADIO ONLINE
    17 if listening through satellite

    As of 10/22 at 6 pm ET, Jam_ON can be heard:
    • On your radio at SIRIUS Ch. 81 and XM Ch. 56
    • Online at SIR Ch. 17 and XMRO Ch. 56



    If you have a third-party app for your mobile device, I can't really help you.


    Speaking of which, they're playing the Las Vegas 2000 show now. I could have SWORN Ed talked to the crowd after MFC... did SiriusXM cut that out?

    Just got off the phone with XM Canada, they had no idea what Pearl Jam Radio even was. It's not looking good.

    Sadly, this isn't surprising me. Pearl Jam peeps..I see that XM Canada and Sirius Canada share 'some' channels. Any way Pearl Jam can be on that roster? Problem for me is the XM receiver is built into my car...so very handy. Anyway...looks like XM Canada is out of the loop on this one. Will have to just be content with the online app at home (which is still great!)

    Pearl Jam Radio is alive and well in Canada. Channel 39 appeared out of nowhere around 5:30. No thanks to "MARY" from XM Canada via India.

    You don't want to listen to Jam_ON..........that's not the PJ Radio channel ;)

    Meanwhile, the Sirius radios also say Cinemagic, but are playing Jam_ON??


    Bottom line -- XM's technology can update channel information "on the fly." Sirius needs to send out an update, which has been known to "break" some radios built-in to cars. Because of this, they haven't sent out a channel update in a long, long time.

    However stumbled upon last years Xmas single on "Spectrum" which was surprising/cool.
    Currently enjoying my free trial to the US site, that'll tide me over for this week.....

    I just have to say as a XM subscriber for over 6 years this is the greatest fucking thing ever! I have had it on since it came on the air at 5pm central and it's great. This is going to be awesome for my commute!

    That's one of the reasons I was against the merge of XM and Sirius. Sirius had a reputation in the early days of satellite radio for things just like this. Also since Sirius took over they replaced the old current rock station with Alt Nation which plays a lot of crap. Glad they added Pearl Jam radio gives me something else to listen to besides Lithium.
