There is nothing on What records website showing this anymore. Not even when I used their search key. Not accepting pre-orders either. Something definately seems fishy with this whole deal. I hope the fans who jumped the gun and layed their $$ down don't get screwed.

its beyond a joke ..it just goes to show how they really feel about fans..

we dont even need too know whats on the record just is it coming out or have some fan been ripped off(which i doubt wholeheartedly).all im asking for is a one word answer ..

the other seller has been told this info from someone..this can only come from inside universal..so its universals fault not the seller.
If he was given a release date for this to be put up on a website and has not stood by this then hes at fault..but i doubt this is the case as two of the biggest sellers in the uk had the cd /vinyl up for sale with hours of each other.

im not talking about whos fault is..i m talking that its easy to understand why 10c didnt give any info yet..
i understand the talking in the thread about whats in the box,what people want or guess,but i dont understand why people have questions why 10c didnt give any info yet..its so obvious..they do it their way when they will be ready.and will not confirm that is legit what whats record announce for not buy it from there.from the other hand ,its normal whats record to put quickly this out when got the legit info from universal so get some customers to buy it , the ones that normally will buy via 10c,espesially the uk - europe customers.less shipping cost,faster delivery ,etc..
+if u remember with the ten deluxe box..some of the boxes will be signed by the band..so alot buy it from 10c and pay more in shipping cost,than buy it from the local store..+ i still believe the box will be different via 10c.
so we will wait and see whats coming:)

the proof is all over this thread to be seen ..why true to cover it up be saying "no info at this time".just put peoples mind to rest that have spent alot of money on this.thats not to much to ask..

Absolutely right, the silence is deafening once again.....Why on gods earth they cant put peoples minds at rest by saying 'stay tuned for news on a new release'...or something simple is beyond me.

Dimi, I dont understand your take on this on all, ok they may not be ready to release details of the release or a visual, but how on earth does it spoil their plans to put peoples minds at rest who have shelled out money to a legimiate website offering NEW PEARL JAM.. and not just people, the people who give the 10club their existance and allow it to even be here. I havent paid out any money but i know many have, they were enticed by a new release from a band they fall over themselves to listen to and support.......This band has a rabid fanbase, and a little information goes a long way. Frankly i do not believe the information isnt there, of course it is, and I dont expect them to tell us all about it before they are ready, but the silence????? Its annoying alright.

I fully support the tenclub on this board, have been labelled an ass kisser a 100 times, because I appreciate the club, appreciate being a part of it, and appreciate what they do for us as fans, but at times like this they just dont themselves any favours - this is bound to whip up a bit of a storm again, and to a point its understandable.....

That said and to counter the above with a little logical thinking, none of us know how the tenclub works - who says what they can state, and what they cant, we dont know whats in the record deal, we dont know the bands influence, in fact we dont know alot, so there are 100 plausible reasons why the infomation is not forthcoming at this time........still a product is coming, so a stay tuned tweet would make it all go away, and that would certainly not spoil their release at all

Regardless I will continue waiting patiently, and about 20 of them when they are released. Because sadly im an idiot and thats what i do. (really)

So its not a fanclub at all, a business, and all about extra profit? I appreciate they must make money......but come on....

and the band strike great deals these days with these record companies, they make money wherever its sold.....they make money I understand based on the amount produced (and not necessarily sold) i.e. the target deal, so whereas your reason here is a good and logical one, its not necessarily easuy to digest. Keep the fans in the dark to make more money........

what is for sure I will buy it wherever it is available......if 10clubs is different with a bonus, - i will but it, 100%. If not I'll buy it where the cheapest shipping is, I think they will understand that too

This will be out probably like backspacer..monkeywrench at usa and universal for the rest of europe..as u understand less profit when this go from universal,more when its monkeywrench..so u have members that will buy one copy..if u run 10c what will u do?let the members buy it via 10c or whats records?

man u have a product..which one cost u cheaper?..the one u do by yourself the whole?(artwork-record,etc,or the one that u sent your stuff and someone else do the product???
and if isnt money the reason ,or they arent ready yet,or what finnaly will put in the box ,whats the reason then?they like to get their fans angry?they dont care?or the are bored to answer to emails or post in the thread??
