i haven't had a chance to see if i could do paypal yet

it looks like it will only be about 15 members in the pool
if it stays that way, we could do 25$ a person
that would mean 205$ to the overall winner and a weekly pot of 10$ each week if you hit all six games
this pot would carry over each week that no one hits all six
which means if no one hit all six games the first 16 weeks, week 17 would be worth 170$
if no one hits all six games in the last week, it goes to overall winner

does anyone know how to recieve payments via paypal?
i will do this if i can figure it out

I don't mind the PayPal thing. Just don't like their 3% surcharge. It's not hard at all. I'm down.

It will be easier for people to just send me their entry fees since I'm winning this thing.

As for the lines, I think it might be easier to use a website to track this (rather than having them posted here). Lines can dramtacially change from tuesday to sunday. Injuries can also prevent some lines from being released until later in the week if a key player's status is in doubt.

I propose that we all use a common site to retrieve lines. The site www.scoresandodds.com is accurate. It also gives you the capability to go back and look at what past games lines were (so we will all be on the same page).

Just an idea, but I think it makes a lot of sense

Yeah, I was gonna say the same thing. Or use sportsbook.com or one of the Vegas casino sports books.

Yeah, I was gonna say the same thing. Or use sportsbook.com or one of the Vegas casino sports books.

whatever everyone wants to do. I have an old account on sportsbook.com, but I don't think it gives you the capability to go back and review past lines. I think scoresandodds is more user friendly in that respect.

the only thing i can think of is to use a site that does not change throughout the day
and post the "morning of the game" spreads
for instance, thursday game, we use thursday am lines from usatoday sheridan lines just for that nights game
or a site like that
sunday games= sunday am lines on usatoday
monday games= sunday am lines on usatoday

i think we have to do that with mondays ?

we can just use the line at the time of the game. it's always listed on the site. most of the time the lines don't change more than a half point on sundays...so you pretty much know what the line is.

we're only talking about 25 bucks here...let's not overcomplicate this. whatever is easiest is fine with me

week 1 in the NFL is usually cake. This year's week 1 games could be the most difficult NFL slate I've ever seen (been betting on football for 17 years now)
