I don't think its an issue at this point.
Maybe in the second half of the season when things start to shake out a bit more.
I don't look at your picks till after I submit mine to you, don't know how others do it...but certainly late in the season it makes sense if you are battling with someone for the lead, your picks shouldn't be there for them to see before they make theirs.

As for the money thing, I think everyone should pony up soon, so nobody decides after an 0-6 week in October to just drop out, not fair to those who paid early.
Maybe set Oct 1 as a deadline, and if you haven't paid, you are out of the pool.

I understand that standings are determined by wins, but we should also track losses and ties. Obviously a tie should have more weight than a loss (for tiebreakers).
