    Harold Reynolds, what is there not to get about wood? The yanks need some bullpen help and wood is all that's out there. If he gives you anything great, if not it's just money. they are not going to just plug him into the 8th, you idiot. Fuck, Reynolds is so unprepared today it's insane.

    No, that is not happening. Chad Jennings at Lo Hud ripped Reynolds as well.

    Still no word on a lineup, but it seems safe to say it will not be the one Harold Reynolds just predicted on MLB Network.

    I can't believe Reynolds had Cano batting 7th. I mentioned something on the last page of this thread as soon as I heard it.

    Berkman is hitting 2 tonight.

    Verducci just made a great point. The Yankees took a clean up hitter and are putting him second, they took a starting OF'er and moving him to the bench and they took a closer and who knows where he is going to pitch. Thats how deep they are. Great day.

    the nice part about all this, it will cost them very little. They'll pay about $3 mill for Berkman and about $1.5 for Wood. Kearns can't be making too much. These were by no mean "Yankee Only" moves. Any team should be able to add $5 million in payroll. If not, sell your team or contract

    i was gonna say this earlier. But it's likely that he will reach the limit by the end of the regular season. And in the post season. Those rules are out the window. Because it's a new month.
