Amazing snake "spots"....there are snakes everywhere! I'll just take you into the bush and you better be watching where you walk because good chance you'll stand on one of the bastards. I'm terrified of them. If I'm in the yard gardening I'm constantly on the look out for them. I don't get many where I live now....but my mum and dad's house used to get a lot....most of them are non-venomous pythons like the one in this picture which is from Townsville -- a 2.7 metre snake coming up the toilet -- fuck that!!

Here's the last snake I encountered....harmless 7ft python....found it stuck in my sister's birdcage about to eat the bird. Mum asked the snake catcher if he would place the snake somewhere nearby and he said no, he’d have to drive it many suburbs away because it would have been sussing out that bird for a long while and now the snake knows it’s still there, it will keep attempting to come back and get it! Have I mentioned how much I fucking hate snakes? I'm sitting in the dark right now since the sun hasn't come up and I just thought I saw something move on the ground and thought "SNAKE!!"

Yeah, I'm sure Jeanie would....Cate probably wouldn't get many in Sydney but they'd be around.

Brown snakes....scary shit! All the front-fanged venonmous snakes of the Townsville region are listed here
