Cano is so good. Easily a top 5 second baseman in all of baseball and i think this is his year to win his first gold glove.

Mr. Hughes looked good last night too for his first start.

    good stuff too many walks

but we need him to be solid because we have to worry about this mook javier every 5 days

    Javy will be fine.

Great start to the season. Should we be worried since last years start was the polar opposite?
  • Three series vicotries in a row to start the season vs. probably 3 of the toughest AL teams. I'll take it. & without Tex and A-Rod hitting (i believe neither have a homer).
    & ummm ... Granderson ...WOW,..........Cano...WOW

cano is locked in. hope he can just be consistant straight through. he usually has one strong half and one cold half.

Was at the game last night and Tex came out to Alive. Probably because of his shitty BA

Nick Johnson came out to Miley Cyrus( (pretty funny)

cano is poised to have a breakout year

I read over on the lohud blog that NJ uses that cyrus song because it is his daughters favorite song.

Pretty cool about Tex... I hope his bat can come alive sooner then later :)

And A-Rod deserves an Oscar for that HBP act.

Kinda sucked the game was called last night.. Thought it would hold up
CC was on his game after Hamilton turned him around in the 1st
standing room areas are great durin the rain, u can catch the game without gettin soaked..... That place is beautiful
sad to see the old stadium almost all the way down

great win today... Great start, especially playin good teams
  • so happy they're off to a hot start for a change. seems like every year lately they're around 10-12 to start. Check this out. They' won their first 4 series to start the season, the last Yankee team to do that was the year (not sure the exact year) Lou gehrig and babe Ruth were first teammates. and to think they've done it with no help from tex and Vazquez.

At least Tex can help out on D..... I hope I'm wrong, but I don't think Vasquez is cut out to pitch here. His body language sucks, and you can tell he's just too nervous. He's gotta work ahead of batters and try not to elevate his pitches. He's gotta realize he has a great lineup behind him and RELAX

i passed out when they made it 6 -3

nothing like waking up and waiting for the score to roll around ..especially when its good

joba was in w/ the bases loaded in the 8th

i guess they just wanted to give Mo some work in the 9th ?

1st place where the Empire belongs!!!

Another solid win and neily while Vazquez wasn't great, he was much better. He will be fine.
