300 though for a good seat.
I guess i'm getting old because that seems really pricey to me.
Unfortunately, for LA that's about right. Neil Young was $250 for the best seats on the Chrome Dreams tour in LA.
I'll try to grab a $65 seat for this, same as I did for Neil. It's a cheap seat, but I'm in the building. How big is the Pauley Pavillion? That's at UCLA right?"You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

Pauley Pavilion holds apprx 12,000, but , like there are for most arena shows, there will be production kills.0 -
The show is up on ticketmaster (not on sale yet), and it lists the start time as 8pm, which is a good sign that it won't be an all-day tv taping!0

I think it will be a 10c presale through ticketmaster via a password, not a ticket sale through the 10c itself."You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

Kat's sticky just announced the event, it didn't have any information about 10C tickets being available (just The Who fan club tickets). So the second post is relevant. Perhaps when the event first broke, they hadn't fully negotiated the details with regards to 10C and Foo fan club ticket availability yet.
Jesus people, cut the club some slack. This isn't a "Pearl Jam" run event, so it just makes sense (especially considering he way the band operates in terms of respecting the rights of others) that they wouldn't want to step on anybody's toes by announcing something through their fan club before the people running the show get a chance to announce it.
It's the exact same as the beacon show. It's not theirs, so Pearl Jam doesn't want to steal the thunder. It is someone elses charity event, so they should be the ones allowed to fully promote it. And did any of you guys stop to think that perhaps by not announcing it themselves and heavily promoting it (the beacon show that is) that perhaps that will eliminate some of the scalpers from grabbing the tickets and jacking up the price. Because they didn't announce it ahead of time, many lucky fans who got tickets won out in the end.Minneapolis : 06/30/1998 - Chicago : 10/09/2000 - Vancouver : 05/30/2003 - Fargo : 06/15/2003 - Winnipeg : 09/08/2005 - Thunder Bay : 09/09/2005 - St. Paul : 06/26/2006 - Chicago : 08/23/2009 - Chicago : 08/24/20090 -

That would be good, as a TM password would likely leak out."You're no help," he told the lime. This was unfair. It was only a lime; there was nothing special about it at all. It was doing the best it could.

for The Who fanclub, they are giving out unique codes.0 -
Since there are 3 bands announced, I wonder if there will be brawls between the 3 factions. We can probably take out the Flaming Lips' fans quite easily (they don't seem like the brawling type), but the Foos fans may be a bit younger, and more in quantity.
We will have to get the older WHO fans to use as shields!0 -
