I've emailed that hotel in Leuven about reserving a room, fall back is the Ibis I guess or the new Mercure will probably have some special offers when it opens.
Pity that Locarno was not confirmed or denied today, it's that which has stopped me buying a Venice ticket so far. My plan is to catch a train from Arras to Leuven (via what ever route/changes) on the day of the gig, check in/dump bags, go to the venue, stay in Leuven that night after the gig then on the 5th head to Brussels for either a flight home or a flight to Venice.
