D, you'd need to get a train from Orly airport into Paris city centre, then another train to Arras.

i keep on finding new info, and the speed this thread moves, it would not be seen
if the cheapest flight is into Orly, then you can get the RER train to Paris Nord.
From Paris Nord, you can get the TGV direct to Arras. At a guess, should not cost you more than 20 Euro
I have flown in and out of Paris a few times, both Orly and CDG. both are about the same distance from the city

AS i said, you can get the RER train from Orly to Paris Nord direct.
it is the Orlyval + RER-B option on that page you posted. The orlyval is a above ground train that stops at all airport terminals and the RER station.2003 - Sydney x3,2006 - Reading Festival,2007 - Katowice, London, Nijmegen, Rock Werchter,2008 - MSG x2, Hartford, Mansfield x2, Beacon Theater,2009 - Melbourne, Sydney,2010 - I watched it go to fire!2011 - EV Brisbane x3, Newcastle, Sydney x3,2012 - Manchester x 2, Amsterdam x2, Prague, Berlin x2, Stockholm, Oslo, Copenhagen,2014 - Sydney, EV Sydney x3

I imagine I'll spend more than a few nights watching World Cup on some big tv screen instead of going to see shows. Even when hanging around Werchter for those 4 days.
This will be my most anti-social tour since I was all shy back in Japan 2003.115 bucks for half a haircut by a novice? I want my money back!0 -
berlin - brussels - easy jet 27.49 € at 7:05 in the morning..later is more expensive"...Dimitri...He talks to me...'.."The Ghost of Greece..".
